In accordance with the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations, Assigned Certifier Services procurement for Lots 1 and 2 projects of the Department of Education and Skills' Design and Build Schools Multi-party Contractor Framework Number 1. The consultancy services required are in accordance with the scope of service requirements identified in the Request for Tender (RFT) and the tender documents enclosed. The sites are located throughout Ireland and further details on each project, including size, duration and phasing requirements, are contained on the enclosed tender documentation. The award of Lots 1 and 2 will be to a single successful candidate. The projects will be delivered under Design and Build Contracts (PW-CF2).
