Scope of Contracting Authority’s Requirement
The Contracting Authority proposes establishingof Single Party Framework for the Provision of Procurement System Solutions with an initial contract for the Installation of a Source to Contract with a 5 year maintenance and support, with the option of extending the maintenance and support contract on a rolling year on year basis as required by Bus Eireann.
Initial Contract
Bus Eireann are seeking a Source to Contract software application to align with its strategic objectives of providing operational excellence to achieve best in class customer experience.
This project will enable a more streamlined and effective procurement process through online capture of reliable data, enhanced automation and effective sharing of critical data with key stakeholders.

• A procurement centric approach to improving requisitioning and policy compliance.
• Improve requistioner productivity through enhanced process support
• Streamline our back-office operations with process re-engineering
• Assist with the Evaluation and Compliance of the Tender Process
• Improve negotiated savings by increasing contract compliance
Key features of the application must include;
• Supplier management information
• E-procurement
• Access to catalogue content
Within the Invitation to Tender Bus Eireann may also at its discretion, include an option that the successful tenderer may be asked to provide/develop a Payment integration module that is compatible with both the Source to Contract System and our established accounts payable system.
Bus Eireann is under no obligation to exercise this option and the initial contract will be for a Source to Contract System.
