Short description

The AEC Enterprise Hubs project seeks to provide a suite of cloud based information technology systems to provide the following functionality for individual hubs: A) website platform, B) Online booking engine, C) Hub management system, to assist with hub admin management portal.
These tools will help to promote the hubs, ease the burden of hub management, and facilitate the creation of the hub network community and ongoing participation in it. The network will also help hub managers to support the businesses in the hubs, encourage participation at events and sharing of best practice in hub management. It will also provide clear routes to further supports and, in the longer term, build a pipeline of innovation in communities.
The contracting authority intends establishing a single party framework agreement for a period of up to 7 years. The initial contract will cover approximately 100 hubs with potential to expand to 1000.
