The PEM Technology Gateway, based in the Innovation Centre at the Institute of Technology Sligo, was setup to assist precision and manufacturing orientated engineering companies based in the North West and nationally to develop enhanced manufacturing processes and procedures. It achieves this by offering industry a range of solutions, ranging from design for manufacturing, process modelling and simulation, advanced process monitoring and control, as well as advanced material synthesis and characterisation.
