SEAI has functional responsibility for the market surveillance of the EU Ecodesign Directive and the EU Energy Labelling Regulation and the EU Tyre Labelling Regulation (hereafter “the Regulations”). SEAI are inviting tenders for the provision of market surveillance services relating to the EU Ecodesign and Energy Labelling Directives and EU Tyre Regulation. Please refer to Section 2 of Appendix 1 for the full specific requirements and activities required in this RFT. Description of the procurement

SEAI is Ireland’s national energy authority investing in, and delivering, appropriate, effective and sustainable solutions to help Ireland’s transition to a clean energy future. SEAI works with Government, homeowners, businesses and communities to achieve this, through expertise, funding, educational programmes, policy advice, research and the development of new technologies.
SEAI has functional responsibility for the market surveillance of the EU Ecodesign Directive and the EU Energy Labelling Regulation and the EU Tyre Labelling Regulation (hereafter “the Regulations”).
