Dublin City Council wishes to engage in a Market Sounding exercise with interested parties, on the proposed redevelopment of the Fruit and Vegetable Market at St Marys Lane Dublin 7 to provide for an indoor, retail food market for the city. The new Food Market, will need to align with the current granted Part 8 Planning Permission in the immediate delivery of the project. The Council considers that a tender for Design, Build Finance and Operation of the market is a possible contracting solution.
