Short description

Cork City Firebrigade is currently accessing its requirements for a Heavy Duty Hydraulic Platform Fire Appliance. This competition is for the supply and delivery of such an appliance should Cork City Firebrigade deem that this appliance is required, best suited to its needs and subject to the sufficient funding being in place.
The requirements of the Cork City Council / Cork City Fire Brigade in relation to a hydraulic platform Fire Appliance, are that the entire structure will be designed and manufactured culminating in a fully equipped hydraulic platform fire appliance, built to meet the requirements of EN 1777:2010 and EN 1846 (Firefighting and Rescue Service vehicles) where applicable, Specifications, Construction and Use Regulations, Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations, all current Road Traffic Acts, all relevant Codes of Practice, Health and Safety at Work Acts and E.E.C. Legislation.
