The Arts Council is seeking a Technology Delivery Partner in order to deliver the Business Transformation Programme and support that goals and strategy of the Arts Council. The potential supplier must demonstrate capability in managing the delivery of the large scale Business transformation and have experience in delivering a workflow management system to support the Arts Council grants management and payment procedures. It must show capability in delivering the ICT solution as well as experience in delivery a programme of works that manages the change required to transform the tools, processes and people in order to realize the business transformation.
