Additional information

The contract award sum is a Notional Contract Sum calculated on the basis of rates applied to the notional pricing schedule in the Tender Documents. For the purposes of evaluation of the comparative cost of tender, the tender sum was the total of all individual Task costs added together as indicated in the Pricing Schedule. While the tender sum will be used for evaluation purposes, it does not constitute a Contract Sum. Fees for services will be calculated using the rates provided in the Pricing Schedule on an individual Site/ Property Acquisition basis.
