Short description
Due to age of current Hydrogen Generator, Tyndall National Institute needs to install 2 X Hydrogen generators capable of supplying hydrogen at a combined 8m3 per hour at a minimum 225psi. Systems should be capable of running independently or together. Generators must be capable of providing flow in the range of 0m3/hr to 8m3/hr, i.e. system must be able to handle flow dependant on demand. Minimum Hydrogen quality 99.9995. (Details of any systems that can improve on the quality should be included as an option.
Max H2O Vapour <5ppm, (Dew point -65C/-85F), N2 < 2ppm, O2<1ppm.
Generator must have E-Stop fitted. System must be able to send a signal to remote alarm. Remote shutdown must be included, i.e. on receipt of a signal from gas / fire detection. System must have appropriate IP rating. System, will be housed indoor in a non-hazardous, (non-classified) Indoor plant room.
