As per RFT tender documentation:
Any contract that may result from this Competition (“the Services Contract”) will be for a term of TWO years (“the Term”).
ComReg reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of TWO (2) such extension or extensions cumulatively on the same terms and conditions, subject to ComReg’s obligations at law.
