Short description
Upgrade Refurbishment Works to Lahinch Seaworld and Leisure Centre consists of demolition of existing tower in courtyard, to erect 2no 5m high silos at rear of existing building and provide internal M&E room associated with same, 15no geo-thermal boreholes, heating system, construct a two storey extension consisting of the gym, changing rooms, associated toilets and showers, proposed single storey plant room at rear of building, to provide upgrade to existing front facade to include new access ramps, proposed shelter booths, entrance, lobby area, external cafe seating area, revised terrace and canopy area at main entrance courtyard, to move the children's swimming pool into the main pool hall area, to install new rooflights and upgrade to existing roof and external wall finishes throughout, to carry out internal changes to the main pool hall, changing room areas, gym area and main entrance area along with associated site works at The Promenade, Dough, Lahinch, Co. Clare
