Short description

The University College Cork (UCC), “Contracting Authority”, is tendering for a framework of suppliers “Framework Agreement” to provide various temporary staff agency services in order to fill temporary gaps in staffing and/or in response to unforeseen business requirements. The temporary contracts are not expected to exceed 6 months.
The notice involves the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement with up to three (3) successful tenderers per lot as specified below, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules;
Lot 1 for Organisation Support Services Roles
Lot 2 for Professional/Specialist Roles
Lot 3 for Scientific/Technical Roles

Description of the procurement

The notice involves the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement with up to three (3) successful tenderers per lot as specified below, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules;
Lot 1 for Organisation Support Services Roles;
Clerical Officer/Administrator Support across each of the Departments, Colleges and Research Centres in UCC, while possessing the following generic skills:
(i) Customer service orientation
(ii) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
(iii) Organised, resourceful and demonstrates initiative
(iv) Leaving Certificate / equivalent standard and a PLC administrative qualification plus 2 years work experience in an office environment OR a Degree and a minimum of six months post qualification continuous work experience in an office environment
(v) Microsoft Office Suite Competency
