The Contracting Entity intends to establish a list of competent Energy Monitoring System Integrators and Controls Specialists who will supply, fit and integrate the energy monitoring hardware to monitor the energy consumption on a customer’s site. This can be done through a variety of Energy Monitoring System (EMS)providers in the marketplace. ESB’s intention is to award five suppliers to place on a framework at the end of this procurement process with a view of mini-tendering off the framework.
