Description of the procurement
The contracting authority are seeking to shortlist four D+B contractors to deliver the West Quad development on the Grangegorman Campus.
The Contracting Authority is seeking to procure a main D+B works contractor (QW1) and Specialist Works sub-contractors for mechanical, electrical and structural frame (concrete and formwork)
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:
To reflect the current market conditions and appetite to prepare economical bids for Public Works projects.
To encourage competition during the ITT stage via a reduced shortlist whereby contractors best suited for tendering this project are selected to tender. Reducing the number of tenderers will encourage stronger / more established
contractors to tender, and, who are suited to complex projects requiring contractor expertise in the D&B environment.
