(The Contracting Authority invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”).
In summary, the Services comprise:
ICT Research and Advisory Services. These services are considered to be those services provided by ICT Research and Advisory companies who create and publish their own vendor neutral, data driven research about ICT related products and services and advise on how, why and where ICT related products and services can be procured, deployed and used.

Description of the procurement
