The new CUBS building will provide c17,000m2 of space and will amalgamate and accommodate all components of the Cork University Business School which is currently dispersed at multiple locations on the UCC campus.

The Project will facilitate the following:
• New modern fit for purpose facilities;
• The ability to foster innovative methods of teaching and learning;
• The enhancement of dual learning capabilities; and
• Deepening industry collaboration and improving accessibility for students of all backgrounds.
The consultants are to include for a Feasibility Study / Capacity Study / Masterplan for the entire site. While the CUBS facility will be c17,000 m2, the site has likely capacity for far more. The additional space will likely be for other educational or accommodation use.
