Short description

The Port of Pork (PoC) intends to procure maintenance dredging services using a Multi-Party Framework Agreement (MPFA) to maintain their operational marine areas. The MPFA constitutes a means of establishing overall terms and conditions whereby individual contracts may be awarded in an expeditious manner.
Dredging Contractors will be appointed to the Framework in accordance with these instructions, the Framework Agreement and based on meeting the minimum quality scoring criteria outlined herein.
Under the Framework Agreement, individual Call-Off Contracts will be awarded by PoC using a Mini-Tender competition format.
An initial Call - Off Contract will be awarded with this tender process.
