Short description

This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann (IE) for the Supply and Delivery of Sleeper Fastening Systems (W14) to its sleeper factory in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
IE proposes to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to participate in the tender process for the Supply and Delivery of Sleeper Fastening Systems (W14).
It is proposed to award a 1 year fixed price contract with the option to extend annually up to a maximum of 3 years.
A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is available for download and must be fully completed and returned as directed.
A Required Information Checklist is also available for download which advises what information must be returned along with the actual completed PQQ.
A copy of the Specification is also available for download.

Applicants will be invited to complete a questionnaire (attached) which seeks company details; information on similar contracts undertaken with value, dates, locations and contact names for reference etc; applicants may be requested to provide supporting information such as balance sheets for the past three financial years.
