The Central Bank invites responses to this Invitation To Tender to establish a multi-party framework agreement with service providers for the provision of blister packaging & associated items, including assembly and delivery of an “Annual Mint Set” and a “Special Interest Set”.
Tenderers must take account of the high reputational value accorded to the sale of collector coin in their approach to the manufacture of the Goods and this should be reflected in their Tender.
Due to its estimated value, this competition is not governed by the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 and neither those Regulations nor the European Union (Public Authorities’ Contracts) (Review Procedures) Regulations 2010 apply to it. We are advertising in OJEU on a voluntary basis.
