Short description
Reporting to the Building and Estate's Technical Services Manager, the selected Contractor will provide a general mechanical maintenance service for University of Limerick property in accordance with the schedule of accommodation. The service will include the maintenance of mechanical plant, equipment and services, as directed by the Buildings & Estates Department. The building maintenance and electrical maintenance services will be carried out by other contractors. However, it will be necessary to carry out works in conjunction and liaison with these other contractors, on a continuous basis, as part of the daily maintenance programme and especially for minor works involving alterations to buildings.
