It is also a requirement to realign the existing Tober stream so that it runs along the western boundary of the park. Some small pedestrian bridges are also required to be constructed over the stream.

Description of the procurement
The construction of a new park: Airlie Park in Adamstown. The proposed park is located within Tandy's Lane Helens Development Area within Adamstown SDZ Planning Scheme Area.
