Supply, implementation and maintenance of new Time and Attendance “T&A” system i.e. software, which will be expected to be compatible with flexi-clock clocking hardware already installed in over 100 of the Department’s offices nationally. The successful tenderer will be expected to provide an off-the shelf package, customised and enhanced where necessary, to install it on the DEASP ICT infrastructure, and to test thoroughly to confirm installed software works fully with existing clocking hardware and the DEASP ICT infrastructure. The Department requires an on-premise based solution for the storage and retention of T&A data.
