Short description

This is an Award Notice. TII has a requirement for a service provider to sample and test bituminous binders used in the surface dressing of roads in Ireland. The successful tender, M.T.S. Ltd, will be required to take samples, test the samples and report the results of the various tests required for the various products.

Description of the procurement

The successful tenderer, M.T.S. Ltd, will be required for a period of 5 years, to take samples, test the samples and report the results of the various tests required for the various products, produced by the following: Colfix Ltd Dublin, Irish Tar & Bitumen Suppliers Ltd Dublin, Lagan Bitumen Dublin, Cold Chon Galway and Cold Chon Sligo. In addition the successful tenderer shall provide a written report to TII on all sample tests within 7 working days of completing the test. The format of the report to be agreed with TII.
