Short description

An Garda Síochána (AGS) is seeking a DTS that will ensure that it can meet its current known data transfer requirements at both an organisational and individual level and future unknown requirements. The solution should ensure that AGS would be able to send, receive and request data with the required security, centralised access controls, file encryption and activity tracking needed to ensure operational reliability and compliance with SLA, internal governance and regulatory requirements. The new system will replace existing scripted secure file transfers as it is considered better suited to address the security, control and automation requirements of core operational processes and regulatory compliance. Description of the procurement

A Data Transfer Solution to support secure and auditable sharing of data at both at an Organisational level and an individual level.
Concerned with the exchange of high data volumes between an increasing numbers of stakeholders AGS is seeking to deploy a fully auditable and secure enterprise-class DTS.
In addition, the provision of secure file transfer between individuals in AGS with both internally and externally will increase efficiencies and ensure the processes comply with legislation and internal procedures and simultaneously provide effective traceability.
