An Post is seeking to enter into a Framework Agreement with one provider for a period of 3 Years with an option to extend for a further two years for the Supply & Maintenance of Retail Digital Equipment.
The supplier will maintain our existing and our future Digital Marketing system requirements.
The An Post current digital foot print is made up of approx. 370 digital screens across our retail network which is made up of approx. 950 Post Offices.
We are embarking on a journey where our customer will experience a best-in-class retail experience; where digital screens (interactive and static) will play a key role in improving their customer experience in Post Office. To achieve our ambition as a world class retailer, we require an innovative and experienced digital service provider that will partner us on our journey, where our customer, and their changing needs is at the heart of our ambition.
