Short description
In order to support the Capital Programme and UCC Strategic Plan 2017 to 2022 UCC intends to establish a Multi Supplier Framework of Project Managers to work on various projects for UCC Buildings & Estates Office. The Multi Supplier Framework will comprise a maximum of six (6) participants to whom specific contracts may be awarded on a non-exclusive basis based on the terms of the “Framework Agreement”.
The Project Manager will act as project liaison on behalf of the Buildings and Estates Office and will be responsible for the day to day management of individual capital projects including liaising with project stakeholders and coordinating the activities of Consultants & Contractors.
It is essential that the candidate has an in-depth working knowledge of the Capital Works Management Framework & has extensive previous experience of working on GCCC Public Works Contracts.

This competition is based on an open procedure and the appointment to a framework will be determined by virtue of a test to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders (“MEAT”), following a qualification stage. The six tenderers with the top score under the MEAT test will be appointed to the framework contingent on six number tenderers achieving the minimum required standard.
The evaluation will be completed in two parts. The first part will be assessed on a Pass/Fail basis as detailed in Suitability Assessment Questionnaire QC2.
The second part of the process is the tenders will be evaluated against the Most Economically Advantageous Tender criterion set out in the attached documents.
