Short description

Office fit-out of a seven storey over lower ground floor building, in respect of Building 3, The Landings, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1. The building comprises of a total net internal area as set out in the RICS Code of Measuring Practice of 118,584 Sq Ft (NIA) which equates to approximately 11,000 sq m.
A full Mechanical & Electrical engineering design service is required on all aspects of the project. A collaborative, integrated design team approach shall be an essential requirement to deliver the most appropriate solution. The entire design team, including Architect, Structural Engineer, M&E Engineer, Fire Consultant, Quantity Surveyor and Simulation consultant will be required to work very closely together to deliver this requirement.
