Short description
Architect Led Full Design Team Services for preparing Part 8 Planning Submission documentation and provide Advice/recommendations, prepare full Detailed Design after Part 8 Planning (incl. DAC), contractor procurement, supervision, construction management and final certification of the proposed Bothar Na Mullen Housing Development renewing 4 unfinished derelict properties and development of the remaining land on the 1.49 Ha Site in the Scotstown area of County Monaghan. The selected consultants shall also be responsible to take up roles of Designer, Architectural (including Landscape Architectural services), Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering (including Land Surveying, Geotechnical Surveying interpretation), BER Assessors, Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP), Assigned Certifier and Design Certifier under the current Irish Safety and Health and Building Control Regulations. Description of the procurement
Architect Led Full Design Team Services for preparing Part 8 Planning Submission documentation and provide Advice/recommendations, prepare full Detailed Design after Part 8 Planning (incl. The consultancy service must be an all in package and incorporate other competent consultants noted above as required so as to ensure a successful completion of the project on time and within budget. The Architectural consultant will be the main point of contact for the Design Team, Design Team Leader, and Employers Representative. The Client for the project will be Monaghan County Council. Project is subject to the availability of funding.
