This public procurement competition relates to the supply and printing of an estimated 4,000,000 European Election ballot papers, with a die-cut or without a die-cut as set out in Appendix 1, to be decided by the contracting authority, and 31,000 posters. The competition is divided into 3 Lots which reflect the 3 constituencies. All 3 Lots will require distribution. Distribution details are set out in Appendix 1 (Requirements and Specifications). Tenderers may bid on single or multiple Lots.
