The Central Bank’s requirement to deliver our talent acquisition strategy as well as to continue to develop the talent of the Central Bank is to offer a full end to end service across the full recruitment and selection lifecycle which supports the development of individuals if selected for roles.
As such, the Central Bank has two specific requirements in order to assist with the delivery of our talent acquisition strategy:

Description of the procurement

As part of it's recruitment and selection process, the Central Bank has utilised online psychometric tests as a supporting element of the selection process from entry level to experienced individuals across the organisation. For each applicant shortlisted we have issued online verbal reasoning and numerical testing, using public sector norms for all roles. With the development and enhancements of assessment tools, the Central Bank would like to consider methods of assessment that will support not only the selection of individuals, but their own self-awareness and development while pursuing their careers with the organisation.

Description of the procurement

The Central Bank also run an annual Graduate Programme which is a key part of our resourcing strategy with the aim of hiring 50+ Graduates on a yearly basis. Our programme attracts circa 1500 applicants annually with circa 300 candidates shortlisted for interview and assessment centre annually. The Central Bank may also run up to three additional bespoke recruitment campaigns (other than Graduate Recruitment) of a similar scale and nature to the Graduate Recruitment on an ad-hoc basis during each year as required.
