This competition is for the appointment of a Single Point Architectural Led Multi - Disciplinary Design Team for the delivery of a renovation of the existing TU Dublin buildings at Broombridge for the new Broombridge Design/Construct and Recreation Centre on behalf TU Dublin. The overall gross floor area of proposed building will be circa 8,000 m². The existing building floor area is approx. 5,721 m2. The Architect will be the design team leader. Refer to the project Information Memorandum for additional information.
The Architect will be required to act as Design Team Leader, Employer's Representative, PSDP, Assigned Certifier and Design Certifier. The Architect will also be required to prepare and lodge the Fire Certificate and Disability Access Certificate Applications.
