City of Dublin ETB invites tenders for the construction of 2 storey temporary modular school building and single storey modular changing rooms at Clonturk Community College, Dublin 9.
Tenders for one or more of the following three options only may be submitted at the discretion of tenderers under this open procedure:
Option 1: 3 Year Rental & Subsequent removal from site (on basis of 36 monthly payments)
Option 2: 3 Year Rental and Subsequent outright purchase by CDETB (on basis of 36 monthly payments and final settlement)
Option 3: A public works contract remunerated directly by CDETB (on basis of lump sum price tendered).
An overriding consideration is to ensure the accommodation is available for the new academic year 2019/2020.
While three options are available on the costing all tenders should comply with the full suite of tender documentation provided irrespective of options being tendered for.
