• security consultancy and testing services;
• information protection services (on premise and cloud);

Justification:  
The Contracting Authority is utilising the open procedure in accordance with the Directive. The justification for the use of the accelerated procedure is due to the urgency of the requirement. The urgency arises due to the fact that IDA's head office is relocating from Wilton Place to Hatch Street and, as a result, the Services to be performed under the Initial Contract must be in place no later than mid-June 2019.
