Dublin City Council proposes to award a contract, to a single service provider, for the initial supply, installation, maintenance, removal and safe storage of these proposed lighting projects-
1) Provision of Festive Lighting Projections on Iconic Buildings on a hire basis for the duration of the event.
2) Purchase of temporary Tunnel of Festive Lighting across the Millennium Bridge.
3) Purchase of temporary enhanced Tree Lighting of O’Connell Street Trees.
4) Purchase of temporary enhanced Tree Lighting of Parliament Street Trees.
(all the above initially for 1st Dec. 8 - 2nd Jan.19) and two subsequent years at the sole discretion of the Awarding Authority.
5) Purchase of Permanent Decorative Light Installations on to the Wire Support Cables of the Samuel Beckett Bridge and five years maintenance and support.

Description of the procurement
