Short description

The Road Management Office acting as a Central Purchasing Body under the auspices of Donegal County Council invites responses to this public procurement competition. This competition relates to the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the provision of Machine road condition survey services for the regional and local road network in Ireland.
The provision of services may include, but shall not be limited to, the following;
• Collection of SCRIM data
• Collection of visual surveys - PSCI
• Collection of road surface profile characteristics such as IRI, MPD, LPV & Rutting
• Collection of road geometry
• Road surface material inventory
• Collection and analysis of FWD
• Cracking Surveys
The number of Framework Agreement members that will be appointed, is not limited, pursuant to this competition, provided sufficient Tenderers qualify.
Tenders must be received not later than 12.00 noon on Monday 4th March 2019.
The Framework Clients are listed in 1.10 of the RFT.
