There will also be a need to have flexibility in the contract as South Dublin County Council operates five days per week with after-hours emergency call out service operable 365 days a year. Furthermore there may be a short window to have units completed for security purposes and South Dublin County Council would require that installation of required screening is completed with Three (3) hours of specified order being received and at several locations simultaneously, if required.
The Framework agreement will initially be issued for a term of one (1) year. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period of up to one (1) year with a maximum of three (3) such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. The Term will not exceed four (4) years in aggregate.
