Short description

The Authority has statutory responsibility for the provision of public transport infrastructure in the Greater Dublin Area and the provision of bus infrastructure and cycling facilities throughout the State. In addition, the Authority also manages on behalf of the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport, public transport and traffic management investment programmes in the regional cities of Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford.
Arising from this remit, the Authority proposes to engage a Consultant to provide the following Services to the Authority:
• Strategic and policy related advisory services related to transport infrastructure provision, transport planning, transport management and service delivery;
• Technical advisory services relating to the spectrum of transport related projects and proposals falling under the Authority’s remit; and
• Contract advisory services relating to the development, drafting and review of transport related contracts.

Description of the procurement
