Short description

The Health Service Executive on behalf of CAWT (Co-operation and Working Together) invites tender responses from suitable providers to work alongside the Innovation Recovery Project Board and take control of the marketing, promotion and public relations function to generate interest and participation in the project. This will require the providers to review, build upon and support brand management, design logos, create a social media presence, design and develop college prospectuses, and engage in promotional and public relations activity.
This tender competition is being managed by HBS Procurement on behalf of the CAWT partnership.
In order to meet the needs of this project; it is being advertised as an Open tender procedure. However, it should be noted that the available budget for these services does not require it to be advertised in this manner.

Description of the procurement

The Health Service Executive on behalf of CAWT (Co-operation and Working Together) invites tender responses from suitable providers to work alongside the Project Board and staff team to take control of the marketing, promotion and public relations function on behalf of the project and to raise the profile of the project at a local and regional level. The ultimate goal of the Marketing and PR function will be to generate interest and participation in the Innovation Recovery Project in order to meet its targets (8,000 beneficiaries participating in Recovery College educations courses).
This will require the providers to review, build upon and support brand management, design logos, create a social media presence, design and develop college prospectuses, and engage in promotional and public relations activity to raise the profile of the Innovation Recovery Project at both a regional and local level.
This tender competition is being managed by HBS Procurement on behalf of the CAWT partnership.
