Description of the procurement

The Digital Postbox will be a secure mail delivery solution that will provide individuals with the ability to receive their Government communications (messages and documents) in a single, safe and secure digital platform. It will act as an alternative to the delivery of physical post and will enable Public Bodies to send letters, messages and documents electronically to individuals, in a secure and cost efficient manner, and provide individuals with fast, efficient and accessible access to their mail digitally. The successful Tenderer is required to provide a Digital Postbox software solution including the provision of technical and operational support over the lifetime of the contract. In addition, following the implementation of the solution, resources may be required to assist with the rollout and service adoption of the solution amoungst Public Bodies. The Department are seeking a technical and operational partner to deliver a Digital Postbox solution that meets the detailed requirements set out in the attached RFT.
