[DescrShort]

The Ireland East Hospital Group (IEHG) envisages a requirement for modular buildings on a number of its hospital sites over the coming years. In order to facilitate this requirement the IEHG is establishing a framework of design and build modular building providers. The modular building provider will be required to provide the design team and work specialists as laid out in this PQQ documentation. The framework will be established for a period of 48 months. Requirements will be drawn down by way of mini-competition as and when the need arises. This document outlines the likely initial project requirements, all of which are subject to budget approval. It should be noted that the modular building provider must be capable of offering the modular buildings on a lease as well as a capital basis.
