The Housing Agency is a governmental agency focussed on supporting local authorities, the Department of Housing Planning and Local Government (DHPLG) and Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs). The purpose of this RFT is to procure a panel of upwards of eight Framework Members who will be required by the Housing Agency or by Framework Clients to design, manufacture, deliver and install temporary modular or portable homes on designated sites in any part of Ireland. With the immediate priority of addressing the issue of homelessness. The primary design aim should be to create visually attractive Temporary Homes that will provide appropriate and good quality living environments for occupants. The homes shall be designed and manufactured to be easily and cost effectively be relocatable. The homes shall also be capable of being re-used and reconfigured. Floor plans should provide for the comfort, convenience and safety of the occupants in their use of the Home.
