Enterprise Ireland proposes to establish a framework agreement of qualifying competent suppliers of Exhibition Design Services for a selection of trade and knowledge events. The events comprise national group stands at international trade shows; staging and display requirements for trade missions and conferences and seminars, arrangements for one-to-one meetings, ad-hoc events and branding requirements. It is envisaged that approximately 30 exhibition stands and between 5 and 15 other projects will be organised annually in several countries worldwide. The exhibition stands will vary in overall size from approximately 10sqm to approximately 200sqm. The primary areas of service delivery that will be required under this framework agreement are detailed below:
A) Custom Designed Stands and Showcases for Enterprise Ireland
B) Enhanced Shell Schemes for Enterprise Ireland
C) Staging and Branding Items for Conferences

2) This is the sole call for competition for this service.
3) Enterprise Ireland will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by tenderers.
4) Contract award will be subject to the approval of the competent authorities.
5) It will be a condition of this contract that tenderers are tax compliant and will furnish the relevant information to Enterprise Ireland when requested to verify their tax complaince.
6) If for any reason, it is not possible to establish the framework following the conclusion of this competitive process, Enterprise Ireland reserves the right to admit to the framework the next highest scoring tenderer.
7) At its absolute discretion, Enterprise Ireland may elect to terminate this procurement process at any time.
