Short description
Partial Architectural services for a school building project comprising of the provision of a new 16 Classroom Primary School for Bunscoil Cholaiste Mhuire (Rn 19926M) at Dominick Street Lower, Dublin 1, the site measures 0.185 Ha / 0.457 Acres (excluding right of way) and is bounded by Dominick Street Lower to the front, Dominick Place to the rear, no 20 Dominick Street to the north (a Protected Structure).
The project has been designed up to Stage 2a as 8 classroom primary school with an indication only of the extension to a 16 classroom school. However, the services of this Design Team have been terminated by mutual agreement. As such the newly appointed Design Team will be required to fully complete a Stage 2a Report for the entire 16 classroom school. Therefore, their appointment is from commencement of Stage 2a.
The project will be developed in full accordance with Building Regulations, current at the time of tendering,
