Short description
The ICT & Business Services Department is seeking vendors to submit proposals for the roles identified below who will operate under the instruction of the HPRA ICT management to administer, support and undertake the ongoing development of the electronic submission services. Relevant personnel may also be asked to undertake other activities in line with the ICT & Business Services department’s duties.
All ICT services are to be delivered on-site at the HPRA, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 and also at the HPRA’s hosting facility which is also located Dublin City Centre, D8. Relevant personnel will be expected to work on a full time basis operating between the hours of 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Occasional out of business hours work will be required to facilitate system upgrades and maintenance.

Description of the procurement
The HPRA has developed services to facilitate the electronic submission, online tracking of applications and relevant supporting correspondence to national, European and international stakeholders. The services are responsible for the delivery of electronic applications in line with European and national legislative timelines, because of this the services must provide a 24 x 7 x 365 operating model. Significant development of these services is planned during 2017 in line with stakeholder and legislative demands.
