    NSCDA (Operations) Limited has prepared this PQQ for the purpose of providing

    certain information to entities interested in participating in this public procurement

    competition for the provision of catering services for the National Indoor Arena

    and the Campus Conference Centre.

    NSCDA (Operations) Limited (the “Contracting Authority”) has prepared this PQQ for the purpose of providing certain information to entities interested in participating in this public procurement competition (the “Competition”) for the provision of catering services described herein.

    In no circumstances shall the Contracting Authority, its servants and/or agents incur any liability or responsibility arising out of or in respect of the issue of this PQQ. Any costs associated with the submission of a response to this PQQ are the sole responsibility of the entity submitting the PQQ (a “Candidate”) and will not be reimbursed.

    The PQQ is being made available by the Contracting Authority to Candidates on the terms set out in this document.
