Request for Tender for the provision of Operational Legal Services to Health Services Executive

This public procurement competition (“Competition”) relates to the provision of
Operational Legal Services to the Health Service Executive (HSE) including
Community Health Offices and Hospitals including Voluntary Hospitals
(“Framework Agreement”). The Framework Agreement has been structured in
such a way that it contains seven (7) separate framework lots (each a “Framework
Lot”). Lots 1 to 7 represent separate geographical areas to which a range of
operational legal services will be delivered. The purpose of this Competition is to
establish a number of single supplier operator Frameworks with a maximum
number of seven (7) framework members (“Framework Member”) across the
Framework Lots 1 to 7 to provide the Services.

As the subject matter of the framework agreement comprises (Annex IIB services in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/18/EC on the co-ordination of procedures for the award of public works, public supply and public services contracts (the “Procurement Directive”), this Competition is not fully subject to the to the full rules of the Procurement Directive.
