    Lot 1 - External Service Delivery of Financial Management Services - This lot covers the provision of financial management services to the Authority, relating to the Authority‘s commercial operations, which include eFlow (barrier free tolling on the M50), Dublin Tunnel, Motorway Service Areas and PPP Tolling Schemes (of which there are currently eight)

    Lot 2 - General Financial Advisory Services to the Authority - This lot covers the provision of general financial, audit and advisory services to the Authority (including, but not limited to, matters such as tax, VAT, organisation and business process improvements). This services may include:
