    Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking expressions of interest from suitable candidates with regard to the establishment of a contract for the provision of a Maintenance and Repair Services Contract for Overhead Line Equipment (OHLE) on the Iarnród Éireann (Irish Rail) DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) Network. The scope of services will include the provision of competent and experienced OHLE personnel suitably equipped to assist IÉ in carrying out OHLE maintenance and repairs as well as renewal programmes on the DART. The DART is a 1,500Vdc Overhead Line Catenary System with traction return path through the track. It comprises some 45Kms of double track, 10Kms of single track and necessary stabling sidings in the Dublin area. The total length of contact wire is approximately 130Kms. Personnel must have experience and knowledge of working on 1500Vdc Overhead Line Systems and fluency in the English language will be required. Technical and managerial supervision will also form part of the scope of services.
