Our Lady’s Secondary School - Replacement of Existing aluminium Windows Doors at Our Lady’s Secondary School, Shercock road, Castleblayney Co Monaghan

Works required are the supply and fit of Double Glazed Aluminium Polyester Powered coated windows and doors installed to relevant British Standards and supply and fit of roller blinds as specified. The contract drawings show the extent of the work which includes:- a. Removal and disposal of the existing windows. Supply and fit new double glazed Polyester Powered Coated Aluminium windows as specified, repair and finish reveals as detailed. b. Removal and disposal of the existing double door and screen. Supply and fit of Polyester Powder coated aluminium double doors and screens as specified, repair of plasterwork and paint of reveals to match existing. c. Removal and disposal of the existing blinds where new blinds are to be supplied. Supply and fit of new blinds and rollers as specified, repair of plaster and paint of reveals to match existing. c. All work should comply fully with Department of Education and Science Technical Guidance Document 021-1a. Summer Works Scheme Window Replacement Primary & Post Primary Schools (1st edition April 2015) d. The Contractor must be competent to assume the role of project supervisor Construction Stage. The Contractor will be appointed as Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) in Health and Safety matters. e. All other works necessary for the proper completion of the project whether or not expressly stated in the contract documents.
